Spontaneous, flexible, and full of life Mirella Pomina – a Swiss native with Italian roots – brings passion and openness to her diverse career. After years in the cosmetics and textile industries, she followed her heart into perfumery, seeking a creative environment where art meets emotion.
Her understanding of the textile industry made her the ideal choice for the first Baron Filou perfume, capturing the brands essence and translating it to the olfactive world. Balance is central to her life and work.
Inspired by daily life, nature, travel, and music, Mirella sees fine fragrance as a form of composition, where creativity and magic intertwine. Whether dancing freely or tending to her lush garden of herbs, fruit trees and berries, she finds beauty in the simple and the natural.
Her Italian roots inspired her to a hesperidic-centered creation, that blooms through tea leaves, lavender and spices, while being rooted in resins, wood and musk for a full-bodied perfume experience.
