Within the European Union, there will be no extra fees or taxes than those you see at checkout when you make an order in our webshop.

Outside the EU, customs fees or taxes vary between individual countries. Additional taxes or custom fees may be applied at the port of entry at the recipient country. If you are unsure about customs fees in your country, please contact your post office or customs office.

We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery. However, we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional import duties, customs, and taxes.

There is a measurement chart in the picture gallery of every product. Please measure yourself with the measuring guide in the product picture gallery if you are unsure about your size.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to contact@baronfilou.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

If you have received your order and want to return or exchange it please send us an email to contact@baronfilou.com. For information about the return and exchange process please read the answer to “What is your return policy & how to return?” within the “Returns” section of these FAQs.

Valid for all countries, except Russia: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.  You will either receive a refund for your returned product or an exchange. Please send an email to contact@baronfilou.com with your full name and your order number and information if you wish for a return or an exchange for another size or another product. Our customer service will then give you the instructions for the return/exchange.

Russia: Unfortunately, we cannot accept any order returns from Russia. Condition of products

The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Filou asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Goods cannot be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.

The costs for the return delivery must be carried by the customer. The costs for the delivery of the new/exchanged product (excl. custom fees outside EU) are carried by Baron Filou.

Upon receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a refund within 10 business days of receipt of the return. The refund will be credited to the same account used at the time of purchase.

We place great emphasis on a thorough and quick processing of your return. However, delays of 2-3 workdays may occur during season kick-offs, high amounts of incoming orders, and the holiday season. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Baron Filou does not (yet) have a GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) seal. Why? A GOTS certification is a very strict seal. It is only awarded if every step in the production process of the clothes is certified. The certification starts with the picking of the cotton, goes through the weaving of the fabrics to the finishing of the final product. Unfortunately, some of our suppliers are not GOTS certified, which is why we are not allowed to use the seal.

Nevertheless, all cotton we use is GOTS certified, which we check internally. However, since neither the factories of our manufacturers nor the Filou prints are GOTS certified, we are not allowed to advertise with the seal. Nevertheless, this does not change the quality and sustainability of our fabrics and garments.

Sometimes it can happen that the rush for certain products is greater than usual. If the product you want is not available, you can put your name on the waiting list after selecting your size and color. Simply enter your e-mail address in the “Join waiting list” field. As soon as your desired product is available again, you will be notified via e-mail immediately!

Our customer service is happy to answer your questions within 48 hours from Monday to Friday at contact@baronfilou.com.

We ask for your understanding that we do not provide customer service on weekends. If your request reaches us between Friday evening and Sunday evening, our customer service will start to work on your request next Monday. Please refrain from writing multiple emails during weekends as we will make sure to answer your request as soon as possible in the following business days.

Baron Filou only sells to selected clients/works with selected agencies. Please write an e-mail to wholesale@baronfilou.com. Please include

• your name
• the name of your store (and your company name, if it is different from your store name) or your agency
• your store or agency address(es)
• your VAT number
• your website
• and a list of other brands that you carry/represent,

so we can verify your request and see if we are interested in a partnership. If you do not provide us with the mentioned information, we cannot process your request.

We will process your request within 72 hours during business days. Please refrain from writing multiple emails as we will make sure to answer your request as soon as possible.
