What is the delivery time for my order?

Our shipping timeframes are stated below:

European Union – Standard Shipping (8-14 Business Days)

Switzerland & Norway – Standard Shipping (8-14 Business Days)

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 8 business days.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

How do I return my order?

Filou wants you to be happy with your order, if you are happy, Filou is happy.

If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 DAYS to return items for a refund or exchange.

The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Filou asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

Will there be any customs fees or taxes?

Customs fees or taxes vary between individual countries. Additional taxes or custom fees may be applied at the port of entry at the recipient country.

If you are unsure about customs fees in your country, please contact your post office or customs office.

We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery. However we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional import duties, customs and taxes. Payment is necessary for your parcel to be delivered.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to contact@baronfilou.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

If you have received your order and need to return it please please send us an email to contact@baronfilou.com. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.
